THE STORY BEHIND HUGO'S MEXICAN GRILL & CANTINA

Hugo’s came about because of the need to have a local restaurant where we could go to enjoy a delicious meal and some delicious drinks like a good margarita and also to be able to go celebrate a birthday with a large family group. Every time we wanted to go to a place like this, after living here in REDOAK for more than 18 years we had to drive 25 to 40 minutes or more to find something similar. I worked in the restaurant business for several years and Hugo has extensive knowledge of quality meat.

When we analyzed that, we decided to open that restaurant that we so wanted to have here in Redoak so that many people like us would have a place nearby where they could go to enjoy a pleasant time with their partner or family.

Hugo's is considered a Tex-Mex (Mexican) restaurant, which makes us different. From the others Tex-Mex chain restaurants that at Hugo's all the food is made fresh and to order, handmade corn tortillas, crispy taco shells, the salsa that goes on top of any dish is fresh in a few words everything is fresh and made to order.

We want to thank all our customers for the support they always give us and also our sons Chris and Hugo for their patience and support We also want to invite all the people who have never been here, to come and enjoy a good meal and a nice time.
